We decided to start our own physical therapy and health coaching business because we recognize the importance of treating the whole person, not just the current impairment. We are both moms of 2 young boys, so we know how easy it is to become overwhelmed with life and to neglect your own health, fitness and joy to busy schedules and life stresses. Through personal experience and working with clients over the years, we know taking care of yourself in all aspects allows you to show up fully and juggle all that life throws your way. We want to know your "why" in life, your goals and your motivations so we can walk alongside you in achieving them. Whether you are 10 or 100, we can help you live stronger more well-balanced lives.

Our mission is to help those in our community and beyond address pain and motor impairments to stay active and to facilitate lifestyle changes to impact their overall quality of life through personalized care based on our clients' needs and goals.
Melissa DeChiara, MPT
With over 19 years of experience as a Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapist, I bring a wealth of expertise in providing therapeutic care to clients of all ages, fitness levels, and diagnoses. My specialties include working with fitness athletes, runners, and women from the peripartum stage through menopause, as well as addressing muscle imbalances in the trunk, extremities, and pelvic floor. My approach focuses on treating the whole person, aiming to enhance their strength, resilience, and functionality, empowering them to move with ease and confidence throughout life.
Annaluisa Reinert, DPT
As a seasoned physical therapist with over 11 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to treating those with orthopedic and neurological conditions. My practice has encompassed a wide range of diagnoses, fitness levels, and ages because I believe in comprehensive care for everyone. As a clinician, I take a holistic approach considering the entire individual. My goal is to eliminate obstacles, enhance mobility, and improve strength, ultimately empowering individuals to live their best lives.
